I had an idea for a website that would be a cross between Slashdot and AmIHotOrNot: OSXIdeas.com. People could post ideas for OS X software, and people could rate the ideas and discuss them.
Developers could then get feedback on their ideas before investing in them. Non-developers could post ideas for software they'd like to have and see if any developers go for it.
