After a lot of debate, I've decided to purchase a Sony DSC-F707 instead of the Canon EOS D30 I've been longing for. Both camera's match up pretty well feature for feature. The Sony has better resolution, the Canon has interchangeable lenses. What I realized though, is that the Sony's lens is good enough to match the Canon lens I use most frequently, and with a wide angle, or teleconverter, it can match most of the lenses I own. That, combined with some of the gee-whiz features like night shot and swivel lens might make the a more interesting camera to own.

Hmm... Hope I'm making the right choice. If I'm not, I guess you'll see my new camera on eBay.  9:15:18 PM     Add a comment
