Photoshop 7 hits the street...
This one is the 'rubicon' for OS X. It's the program that people are dying for. With its release the playing field moves. I've had a chance to play with the Beta and I am really impressed. I like the new look, and the additional features are great, even if you are not using OS X. But let's get real...X is the reason for this upgrade.
Healing Brush, Patch Tool, X compatibility, an enhanced tool bar, the ability to dock pallets in the tool bar, better text handling -- all cool features. It will be nice to have it. If you use BBEdit or GoLive, you'll be set for doing your work. For me, I still wait for Dreamweaver...anyone heard anything? When Dreamweaver comes out, I will have almost no reason to ever run 'classic'...mj
