Techies left out of economic recovery ...Historically the job market has lagged other economic indicators as the nation pulls out of recessions, sometimes by as much as six months to a year. In fact, many economists believe unemployment, which hit 5.7 percent in November, could increase to as much as 7 percent later this year--the highest rate since 1993...[CNet News] ...can't relate to this article...DOH! I live this every day. The question is how far afield must I go to get a new job, and what does that do to my future prospects? It's not an easy question to answer...mj 8:03:05 AM
