Rock on Dave....Google vs DMCA! DaveNet pieces seem to be getting fewer and fewer....but this one really hits the nail on the head. Google has felt forced by the DMCA to commit an act of censorship. It is a dangerous moment that could allow organizations all around the world to attack opponents on the thinest of copyright claims. The Church of Scientology has used the DMCA to block search results to Xenu.net, a site that presents information to expose the CoS for what it is. It's sad to see this happen, and it creates a bad precedent. This is only one of many reasons the DMCA needs to be repealed or thrown out in court...mj 8:14:03 AM
