Dole on the Nuclear option
Bob Dole: "I have publicly urged caution in this matter. Amending the Senate rules over the objection of a substantial minority should be the option of last resort. I still hold out hope that the two Senate leaders will find a way to ensure that senators have the opportunity to fulfill their constitutional duty to offer 'advice and consent' on the president's judicial nominees while protecting minority rights. Time has not yet run out."

Dole goes on to make an honorable argument for an up or down vote. I think the point of disagreement is, of course, around the perception of what standards the 7 nominees will use in practice.

Macintosh Goodness
Dave Winer asks, "What if you don't use a Mac?" Dave, that's your first mistake. He's talking about Apple building RSS into their browser. It is a very cool feature.
