So, today, I got to make a fun, completely unplanned purchase: yup, what all of us dream about - a new hot water heater. Oh boy.
However, the good news is that our super fantastic top notch, worthy of worship, handyman, Kevin, purchased and installed the water heater for a grand total of $500. Way better than the $1375 quoted to me by Bell's Plumbing and Heating.
As far as I'm concerned, the sun rises and sets over Kevin!
