We wrapped up our Science Advisory Committee meetings today. The meetings went well but I'm pretty pooped. Co-chairing is definitely a chunk of work.
It is so enjoyable to be back in Kansas. Now, I know that seems like a ridiculous statement. Afterall, Kansas? Well, as it turns out, southeastern Kansas is part of the Tallgrass Prairie ecosystem. It is very striking country.
And Kansans are the warmest people around.
