Charles' Six Rules of Unit Testing are very useful. I like this guy more and more! People who unit test are good. I'll take an average developer who writes good tests over a 'gun' who feels he doesn't need to write tests. [The Desktop Fishbowl]

Charles is talking about Degrees of Separation - spefically how ideas can flow through a number of different blogs and mature. One person asks as question. Another shares their knowledge. That's really how the whole thing works.

Here's how it works. Brett Morgan asks about a Mozilla-based blogging client, and I point to Mozblog. A couple of hours later, I happen to notice a link scroll by in my apache logs at www.pastiche.org, pointing to my inset-header CSS trick, which I'm pretty sure I only ever posted to my livejournal, not this blog.

No offense Charles, but do your Websphere compiles take so long that you need to watch your Apache logs scroll by? Man - I'm sure I can find some useful Open Source work for you to do if you have spare time to burn

Evan seems to like JIRA (from first impressions) - "Very interesting. Will check it out right away..." Cool! [evhead]
