My afternoon was spent being poked and probed by French physician and his "wonder wand", and even though the Garfield cartoons taped to the exam room ceiling were intended to be funny and induce relaxation, I drove away tender, sore and cranky for the rest of the day. In another time and place, perhaps the hands of a Frenchman would lead to a more (ahem) stimulating and pleasant experience, but as far as I was concerned this time, he could bloody well hurry up and get it done with. Results pending. Nothing else to contribute tonight. Cook dinner, watch American Idol, take two aspirin, and blog in the morning.
