fishing is a special issue of the Wildlife Review published by the Utah Department of Natural Resources.  The Summer 2003 issue is now accessible online.  This is an excellent publication for the avid angler and contains maps and information on the best fishing spots around the state.  Before you go, be sure to purchase your license online; it's $26.00 for a full season adult license this year.

The 2003 Fishing Proclamation answers all the questions about what you can and can't do.  The PDF version of the proclamation looks good, but requires more bandwidth and is harder to navigate.  Incidentally, there is a free fishing day on June 14th.
