What I hate about Blogging
My blog yesterday caused a big stir at UEN. It was not intended to offend anyone. And if I had any real issue with the format or content I certainly would not have written a blog about it.
In fact, I've consistently expressed my dislike of the name to my staff. So it shouldn't have come a a surprise.
The good news -- the name is being changed. I believe that the new name will be the UEN Service Report. I like it. It works for me. We still need to develop a Scorecard. That will happen in time.
More good news: At least my blog sparked conversation. Hopefully it also helped us all to develop a better understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. A name is such a little thing. Seemingly unimportant. And yet...........
