Using Time

The head of a 20,000-person business unit quietly confided, "We're using people's time like a blank check." He was genuinely embarrassed. Corporate America is pushing a lot of unfocused decision making at you and calling it speed. Companies and leaders who are sloppy about clarity are confusing your personal time with business time.
