[posted by Troy] Ladies and Gentlemen, I am very happy to report that for the first time in about a year, I am ticket free in Chicago. I have paid all parking tickets and city sticker tickets. I am a proud supporter and contributor to the welfare of our fine city. I hope that the money I've spent on these tickets goes to useful projects. Maybe more bike lanes? Maybe more parades?
