Help needed in Australia with Linux install

Devil Dude's Programming Adventures -> Help needed in Australia with Linux install

this is an audio post - click to play ->

Eric Miles from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia shouts out using audioblogging for help from an Australian with Internet and Linux experience to assist him with his Linux install problem.

This is an interesting post as it seems Eric's PC is down but yet he is able to communicate his problem to the Internet using an audioblogging phone post.

Thinking outloud: Are wireless headsets bound to be the next 'killer' cell phone accessory?

In my opinion, wireless headsets seem destined to be the next killer cell phone accessory thanks to some timely new "hands free" state laws like the one just enacted in my home state of New Jersey.  Sure a speaker cell phone would work when driving alone.  But what about the times when you have passengers in the car?

Looking at these events unfold from the always optimistic half full angle, I see this single event as the seed to getting headsets for listening around everyone's ears.  Once we get past the eargonomics problems,  the next step is to start inventing new user headset experiences beyond talking on the phone.

Using smart communications technology like bluetooth with these headsets will be the enabler to these opportunities.  Let's hope the early markup for adding the bluetooth technology doesn't slow down the adoption.

And now, for your listening pleasure, let the Samurai sooth your ears with some traditional Japanese koto music. Mooshi-mooshi!
