2003 Denver Runoff Election for Auditor Update: E-mail from Dennis Gallagher's campaign claims that Bill Wells has endorsed the current city councilman in next week's runoff election. The Rocky Mountain News is running a story about the auditor's contest between Dennis Gallagher and Ed Thomas. According to the Rocky, "With less than seven days until the election, City Councilmen Ed Thomas and Dennis Gallagher are running aggressive campaigns, working phones and pressing flesh for ballots and bucks." 2003 Denver City Council Runoff Election Caroline Schomp is accusing Jeanne Robb of ignoring campaign finance reporting rules according to the Denver Post. For her part Robb is quoted as saying, "It's something our lawyers will spend a few minutes looking at." The Rocky has this story about the flap. 2003 Denver Mayoral Runoff Election The relationships between Denver and the suburbs is the subject of this story from the Denver Post.
