2004 Presidential Election
Well the mystery man, Denver native, Charlie Fisher of (George) Bush in 30 seconds fame has been identified by Lynn Bartels of the Rocky Mountain News [January 9, 2004, "Ad maker hopes Bush facade gone in 30 seconds"]. From the article, "Fisher works for an international ad agency and now lives in Denmark, where the ad was filmed. He attended Kent Denver School and graduated from the University of Colorado in 1988. His family still lives in Colorado and he is building a cabin in Crested Butte. Fisher estimated he spent about $1,500 making the ad - including the cost of gift certificates to the six children who played bored-out-of- their-minds blue-collar workers. The children are American citizens who attend an international school."
