New Feedster Stuff !!!

Now you didn't think that I'd go out of town without giving you some frothy new Feedster goodness, did you?  If so, shame on you!  Here's what has been recently changed / added:

• IMPORTANT: Add your entire blog, every single post EVER, to Feedster: GO
• IMPORTANT: We merged the Feedster posts and rss feeds database with the RSS-Search database to give us over 60,692 posts and over 2.8 million indexed posts !  GO
• The limit element has been restored to the rss.php script so if you need to fine tune the amount of results Feedster delivers, that's easy (just add &limit=NUMBER) where NUMBER is less than 100.
• Thanks to a request from Luke of SharpReader fame, I fixed the pubDate element on Feedster RSS feeds to actually be the correct format. Sorry about that. Hopefully that will make Feedster work better for SharpReader users.
• I started on a Feedster quotes page: http://www.feedster.com/press/quotes.php   Thanks to everyone who has said nice things about us
• A master error handler has been added to Feedster's RSS routines so even serious errors should display a compliant feed (yes it will say error! but it will be compliant) Thanks to Kevin <http://www.newsmonster.org/>; for pointing this out.

Off to SuperNova Today

Well I'm off to SuperNova today so don't expect much if anything from The FuzzyBlog for the next few days.  Francois, however, will be minding the farm and blogging as he sees fit.  His blog is: Have-At-It.  And since I use a client side blogging tool, Radio, that runs on my desktop, I won't be blogging the SuperNova conference.

I will, the gods of wifi willing, be on IM and perhaps IRC while at SuperNova and on email.  And if you're at SuperNova and want to talk Feedster with me, just look me up.
