Advertising on Feedster -- We're New At This

GeekNewsCentral had some problems with Feedster Advertising.  All I can say is this

1. I apologize for the issue.
2. I think although I'm not 100% certain that the issues have been fixed.  Personally I'd recommend that you hold off on placing ads for now if you're concerned.  I'd try and shut down the ad selling but, we licensed the code from another company and I'm not honestly sure how to do so without possibliy messing up the works more.
3. We've been at this (selling ads) for just 5 days now.  Maybe from the outside world we look like a big company but there's just a handful of us working around the clock to build the best possible search service for the blogging world.  Find me another company where the, whatever the heck I am, is online and IM'able something like 15 to 18 hours a day. 
4. We've never taken any capital -- heck the one VC we did contact didn't ever return our emails (and yeah that's humbling, let me tell you). 
5. And all the funding for this comes right out of our pockets.  You don't even want to know how much per month it costs us to operate.
6. I've contact www.blogads.com to see if they're interested in selling our ads for us and that would put them in the hands of a more experienced operator.  Doubtless the price would rise also.  Win some and you lose some.

So I apologize for any problems and we'll do our very best to get them addressed.

Gnomedex! Gnomedex! Gnomedex!

Yeah I'm going.  Hoping to do something special with Feedster too if I can pull it off (not certain yet).  Can you tell I'm excited?  Anyone else out there going?
