Today was definitely a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome day. Other than tonight's movie, I spent most of the day in bed - I could barely move. Man, I hate it when this happens. I had so much I wanted to do today. What a waste of a Saturday. It's depressing and it sucks. sigh...
Oh well - As Scarlett said, "Tomorrow is another Day." Or something like that...

Peter, Seth, and I saw Bruce Almighty this evening. What a perfectly wretched piece of feel-good preachy drivel. The movie had the potential to be great high end comedy and slap stick. But instead it was 120 minutes of why we should all believe in God - "it's all about faith" - punctuated by a few, all too brief, fleeting moments of real comedy and meaning.
Remember that cult science fiction movie classic, A Boy and His Dog? Why is it that more and more, the U.S. is beginning to remind me of the movie's post-apocalyptic underground society called "Down Under"? A creepy totalitarian society based on idyllic Americana. Or how about the society described by, The Handmade's Tale?
