I just got in from an evening of - you'll never guess - telemarketing training! Yup. The Slat Rat is going to be a telemarketing wiz! Answer the phone at your peril!
The Anchorage Concert Association's Marketing Committee is going to do a telemarketing win-back campaign for lapsed Classical Music season ticket holders. So, us Marketing Committee members, who are certainly not telemarketers need lots of training.
The role playing was a hoot. This telemarketing stuff is a lot harder when you're on the calling end as opposed to the receiving end.

Charles' redesigned (yet again) site is very nice. Each redesign effort seems to be some sort of refinement or rethink or paring down. This one seems to be approaching what Charles wants.
What I want to know is if the photo will change with each day.
And will comments ever be enabled?
