Peter and I saw Bend it Like Beckham this afternoon. What a delightful little movie. As far as I'm concerned, every girl with any sort of athletic aspirations should see that movie. I loved our protagonist - I totally identified with her. I was also (and obviously still am) such a little sports hound. Peter and I also think that the theatre management should have charged us extra - two 13-14 year old girls were sitting behind us - they were great added entertainment. They loved the soccer and were audibly sighing and mooning over the very cute male love interest. 9:07:46 PM    comment []
