The Ski Boy left this afternoon for a two week trial in Fairbanks (everyone's favorite winter destination). He's been working non-stop on this case for the past month and a half.
Clemmie (the official dog of the Ski Boy legal team) and I are sending good thoughts his way!

I thought the final Sex in the City episode was absolutely fabulous. And I was not expecting anything great at all. Last episodes rarely rise (so to speak) to the occasion. But this one sure did.
I am a little disappointed though - seeing Big (John!) punch out Misha would have had a certain train wreck like fascination...
And I loved the French rap music - who knew the French rapped?! And who knew it was so good?!
I have to say, here and now, that my all time favorite Sex in the City guy is Smith. As Robin has said, "he's a peach". What a total sweetie he is...

I'm getting ready to scurry downstairs, settle in on the couch with dinner and an IPA, and turn on the last episode of Sex in the City.
For what it's worth, I think Carrie will go off with Big. I am not a huge Chris Noth fan, so I'm not pleased with this. But, hed is a better match for her than Misha.
So, do we think Sex in the City would have the guts to have Carrie decide that she can make it on her own? A sort of a Mary Tyler Moore flinging-her-hat-in-the-air sort of ending.

Words really escape me on the Ralph Nader front. I think he's a marginalized fanatical egotist who believes his cause is of such high value, that it more than justifies four more years of Bush.
As Robin stated after the Iowa caucuses, someone should abscond with Nader for the next nine months and keep him secluded on a comfy Caribbean island with absolutely no communications facilities...
The man is a menance...
