This evening, I was polled via telephone on Alaska's parks and outdoor recreation opportunities. Why they would call on a Friday evening (Date Night!) at 7:30 PM is beyond me. But of course, I was at home. So what does that tell you?
Anyhoo, before we got to the park issues, the pollster asked all sorts of questions regarding "our household's" recreational activities. There was also a whole series of queries regarding outdoor equipment - "Do you have skies, skates, fishing equipment, tents, backpacks, etc.?"
"Do you own an RV, a canoe, a kayak, a snowmachine, a jet ski, a four wheeler, or a dog team?"
Wait - "dog team?!!!" I excitedly asked if a dog used for skijoring counted as a "dog team". The answer was "yes"! So Clemmie is the official "dog team" of the Partnow Manse!!!!
