Ugh At 4:00 AM this morning, I woke up. I sensed a "disturbance in the force." And what a disturbance it was. A flu bug has decided to make my intestines his new home. I rarely get nailed on the intestinal front (bottom?), so the gut fireworks were definitely somewhat of a surprise. Fortunately, it seems to be subsiding this evening.
