Wedding Invitation Wording Tonight, Peter and I worked out the wording to our wedding invitations. Gads... Talk about a minefield: Formal wedding invitation etiquette. Geez. I wanted to include our parents on the invitation. But, by the time you get to be as old as Peter and I, parents have remarried, have died, etc. Getting all of that in on an invitation and not ending up with Genesis redux is a real challenge. No mushy stuff allowed. ick. No stupid stuff allowed. Peter and I had strongly differing opinions. There was a point during the discussions where it wasn't clear whether there would even be wedding. However, we persevered and amazingly, our joint effort resulted in a pretty nifty invite. The next nine weeks are going to be very interesting. 10:34:43 PM    comment []
