Solstice!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oooh Boy!!!!! A favorite day for all Alaskans - June 21st - the longest day of the year! There are all sorts of parties and celebrations: a midnight sun golf tournament, an overnight campout on Flattop, a tour of the Anchorage Cemetary. We definitely take this day very seriously. Now if the weather would just cooperate - it was sunny and sort of warm this morning. But it's now clouded over and barely 60 degress. sigh... 4:15:46 PM    comment []
