Played right wing in tonight's game.  Scored a goal, but we lost 7-6.  We'll get 'em next time.

  • 8:45 AM: Oatmeal and protein powder and green tea
  • 10:45 AM: 6" roast beef sub
  • 12:45 PM: Beef stir fry on rice
  • -- 2:30 PM: 600 ml of water
  • 3:30 PM: 6" roast beef sub, 600 ml of water
  • 6:15 PM: 1 pint of orange juice
  • 9:45 PM: chicken whopper, 1 pint water

Exercise:
  Hockey 8-9 PM (Let's see if we can avenge yesterday's loss)

Meals:

  • 8:45 AM: oatmeal and protein powder w/ green tea
  • 10:45 AM: 6" roast beef sub on whole wheat
  • 1:00 PM: the other 6"'s
  • 3:30 PM: chicken breast and 2 red delicious apples
  • 5:30 PM: carton egg whites, pint of orange juice
  • 10:00 PM: chicken breast and apples

Went to bed at about 11:30 PM and got to sleep around 1:30 AM... got up at 8:30 AM... still got 7 hours, but it was fitfull 7 hours, filled many trips to the bathroom.

Morning scale weight is 298lbs! 

Put your nutrition in order for a day and look what happens.
