Played right wing in tonight's game. Scored a goal, but we lost 7-6. We'll get 'em next time.

- 12:45 PM: Beef stir fry on rice

- 6:15 PM: 1 pint of orange juice
- 9:45 PM: chicken whopper, 1 pint water

Went to bed at about 11:30 PM and got to sleep around 1:30 AM... got up at 8:30 AM... still got 7 hours, but it was fitfull 7 hours, filled many trips to the bathroom.
Morning scale weight is 298lbs!
