Amy Langfield reports that free Wi-Fi is coming to downtown New York City.

Pete Kruckenberg presents some interesting perspectives on network access and egovernment.

Ted Ritzer points to a BBC article on the cost of government websites.  Alan Mather calls them WMD - websites of mass dillusionment.  He says that the British government has about 1,800 websites with an estimated cost of about £50,000 each.

Federal officials suggest that another major reorg effort may be needed to support eGov efficiencies.
