Today is a big day for Utah politics.  Caucus meetings will be held in hundreds of precincts around the state.  3500 state delegates will be chose who, in turn, will select the primary candidates for key offices including governor.  The Utah Foundation has created the UtahPriorities.net website which is an excellent resource for information on issues and candidates.

The UN's "Governance World Watch", includes a monthly section on eGovernment.

The new look Technorati is up.

I met with a group of high profile CIOs yesterday.  The issues of security and authentication still are atop everyone's list and we are looking for ways to share best practices and strategic information.

Charles Betz has some interesting ideas on IT portfolio management.
