``The first two days, we had cold and 25 mph wind gusts. Yesterday and today, we had rain. What next? Snow?'' said organizing committee member Deborah Stanley-Lapic.

Jeremy Hulse, 14, of Hagerstown, Md., and Jennifer Pinciotti, 13, of Frederick, Md., won their respective divisions, each taking home a $2,000 college scholarship, a trophy and a wristwatch.
