To lighten the blog [Posted by Kim]
Below are two photos, in close to the same pose, taken about 2 years apart. We thought they were fun.

Sailfish re-unite [Posted by Kim Craig]
I love it when people from your past experiences pop-up in the most unlikely places. Who would have thought that the girl Jason was excitedly bringing us to meet last weekend would turn out to be a fellow Teammate from the days when the good old Hanover Park Salfish ruled the pool. What a pleasant surprise! I haven't seen Meg in about 10 years and last I saw her she was about 12 years old. I loved her back when she was a kid, sweet and adorable and now she's a smart, beautiful woman I'm happy to know again. Good Catch Jason! (Don't forget her "Bubbles are your Troubles")
Here's a Picture of Jason and Meg, from the end of our night out after a few drinks (sorry guys). I'll be sure to get a better shot of them next time we see them.

Free Coffee Makes Me Happy [posted by ZelderBar] I gotta tell ya, I am generally not in favor of chain retail stores that enter communities and push out local shops. This is generally bad news for a number of reasons. This is what makes Starbucks so stinkin' interesting. I mean, Starbucks is like, the number one retail weed in the United States (or second to Walmart). One shows up and the next thing you know, you've got Starbucks on every corner, squeezing out the little guy. Unfortunately, Starbucks makes freakin' great coffee! On top of that, they have the nerve to pay their employs fairly well and give them benefits. (They even given employees a free pound of coffee a week.) Thus, they actually have good employees. As if this wasn't enough, they give back to the community and try to operate in a generally environmentally friendly way. It's enough to make you wonder if coporate responsibility can still exist in a post-Ben & Jerry's/Internet Bubble world?!? I bring this up because today (being earthday) Starbucks gave free coffee to anyone who brought their own mug into their stores. I went back for seconds!
