News: Record companies try to get us to buy a new cd-format, but over the
long term it's probably irrelevant --

Comment: Near the end of the article, it says "The long-term future of music
distribution, Mr. Bernoff said, is in packets of notes, rhythms and lyrics
winding through the air to be captured and played on wireless devices. "The
format of the future," he said, "is no media at all."
I think a good example is the car radio subscription services you can now
sign up for, where you get 30 or so commercial-free channels of music. Now
that I would pay for.
