It's a sad day.
My Dad's life support was removed at Noon CDT. (That is such a staggering sentence).
He continued breathing on his own, but at last report (1:30 PM CDT) his breathing had become quite uneven. It's my guess that he has passed away by now.
I am so sad. As my Mom just said, it's hard to imagine the world without him in it.
