Here are three pictures of my Dad, two taken at Colorado Monument this time last year and the third picture was taken two months ago at Keystone - the last time I saw him. One always has this ominous feeling whenever one says goodbye to an elderly parent or friend. Is it the last time you'll ever see them? I certainly had that feeling when I said goodbye to Dad at Keystone. I'm not much of a hugger, but that time I gave him a big hug and told him that I loved him.

My Mom thinks this is one of the better pictures ever taken of my Dad. He certainly does look grand.

This was taken at the Monument overlook. A very spectacular view and my Dad was at his happiest - in the Colorado mountains.

Dad at the Colorado Monument Gate. It's not a bad picture and Dad looks very proud.

Here's my last picture of Dad. He's leaning on his beloved Jeep.
