TRIAL BEGINS: Georgia Gang Rape ATHENS, Ga. -- Athens Banner Herald reports Brandon Williams, a 21-year-old senior cornerback for the University of Georgia, is scheduled to stand trial Monday on charges of rape, aggravated assault with intent to commit rape and aggravated sexual battery. Williams is one of three Georgia athletes charged in an alleged February sexual assault in a campus dorm room.
