Tempest {CALM} Tempest

This seems to be the time of year where we find ourselves in the "calm" between two tempests. That time after the Christmas rush and before the New Year celebrations. So I am taking the time to reflect and think about all that happened in this past year. All of the exciting voyages, the trials and tribulations, the fun and the not so fun. Certainly it held a great many new and interesting tacks. People drifted into and out of my life for reasons still unknown. All in all this year has been a very good one. As we sail into the next, my mind drifts to that place of  wonder. Which latitudes will I sail through? Who will I next meet? What circumstances are yet to arise and how will I navigate them?Calm_Seas I think we all have the ability to plot our own course for the most part, but where the journey will lead us, is a fate for which no one can predict. Look out to sea and wonder. Feel those tradewinds as they slowly blow. Embrace the future and chart that course, for in which, you may encounter an exciting adventure.

Today's Quote:

The voice of the sea speaks to the soul. The touch of the sea is sensuous, enfolding the body in its soft, close embrace.-Kate Chopin
