Twist of Fate
Many times I have found myself in a situation where I was absolutely sure about something, only later to find that exactly the opposite were true. And when that happens the irony of the matter is, usually, all too apparent. At those times, I must sit and wonder just how I came to be in that particular predicament. Perhaps it is that time where we actually can gather a greater knowledge about our world if we only choose to learn the lesson. The fact is, that no one is infallible and even the surest bet, is never set absolutely sure. If it were...Vegas would still simply be a pile of sand in the desert and horses would only run for the exercise!
