David Hoggard's take on local politics and life in general from Greensboro, NC

Thursday, September 25, 2003

I will be on the Dusty Dunn show Friday morning (9/26) for an hour or so starting at 9 a.m. with Dusty and John Hammer, editor of the Rhino Times.  You can hear the show by traditional means or over your computer by going to WGOS AM 1070.  You may have to download a radio player to access the feed but my witty remarks will be worth the effort.

Also I have been invited to tape a point-counterpoint baseball stadium issue program for Clear Channel Communications on Monday with Ed Skurka.  Former City Councilman and head of the People for a Positive Greensboro PAC Dick Grubar will be my sparring partner.  The program will be heard over Greensboro's four Clear Channel owned radio stations: 94.5 The Beat, 99.5 WMAG, 104 WTQR, and 100.3 The Buzzard between now and October 7th.

Still can't get enough?

Today I will be on Gary Kenton's public access TV show Media & Politics live from 6-7 pm.  Cable channel 8 in Greensboro.  Gary has promised me that we will talk about other things than baseball and it will be a welcome change.
