Happy St. Pat's Day

Today everyone is a little Irish.  While most of us celebrate today by eating a little corned beef and cabbage, kicking back and watching the NCAA's and tipping a Guinness or two.  I prefer to whip up an Irish Coffee with Bushmills and real whipped cream and celebrate the day with friends.

Here's my the quick recipe for Irish Coffee:

Large cup of hot strong coffee
1 teaspoon of sugar (Raw, white or Brown)
1 shot of Irish Whiskey-- my preference is Bushmills

Mix together and dissolve the sugar. Then add a large topping of Whipped Cream.

Purists will tell you, you're supposed to drink the coffee "through" the cream and not mix it. Enjoy!

Happy St. Patty's Day to you all! I'm out to have the day off with Friends!

FYI: The World Figure Skating Championships begin Monday in Nagano, Japan.  The weeklong championships will not recieve the instant television coverage we were subjected to in Salt Lake City.  I will post the TV Schedule here tomorrow. Men's and Pairs starts Monday.

The US is sending:
Women  Michelle Kwan,  Sasha Cohen  and Jennifer Kirk (for Sarah Hughes who's staying home.)
Men: Tim Goebel, Michael Weiss and Matt Savoie (for Todd Eldredge who's retired.)
Pairs: Kyoko Ina & John Zimmerman  and Tiffany Scott & Philip Dulebohn
Dance: Naomi Lang & Peter Tchernyshev and Tanith Belbin & Benjamin Agosto
