A very sad loss Very very sad news on the family front. My cousin Lisa's husband died Monday while swimming laps. Jay was extremely fit so this was a huge shock. One feels so absolutely powerless. My Mom and I are both extremely distraught over Jay's death - and other than offers of support, it feels like there is just nothing we can do for Lisa and Jillian (who is eleven).
