Oooh - Mom may have solved one of our big blogging issues. Radio does not have a built in spell checker. We have to hand check our entries which can be problematic if you can't recognize a misspelled word.
Mom downloaded Spell Checker X by Rainmaker. I'll be interested to see if she likes it. Sometimes spell checkers can be way too intrusive.
I just wish Mom could have successfully loaded Radio onto her new laptop. She's in New York City all this next week taking a class at the New York Stock Exchange. I wanted to follow her follow her daily exploits. But Mom ran into technical difficulties and was unable to get the application successfully loaded. sigh...

I realize this is difficult for you folks in the Lower 48 to comprehend, but for the past few days here in Anchorage, there has definitely been a touch of Fall in the air.
The temperature has dropped into the low 60's (although it did finally get up to 70 today). The fireweed has almost topped out and the berries are beginning to ripen. But it's that slightly cooler air that really catches one's attention.
The Ski Boy is not at all happy about this!
