Seattle has lots of old buildings - well old from an Alaskan point of view - built in the late nineteenth century or early twentieth century. The architecture of many of these buildings is just marvelous. For example, the Arctic Building has the most wonderful gargoyles ever - big ol' grumpy looking walruses!
