Even though it's been a jam packed three weeks, the Ski Boy and I have been doing our best to keep up with the Tour de France. This year's race is not an edge of your seat nailbiter like last year's race, but it is still a blast to watch. Plus how can you not love Phil and Paul?! They are my favorite sports announcers ever.

But of course, the real story is Lance Armstrong. He is simply amazing - one of the greatest athletes of all time. It is a pleasure to watch him ride a bike. I love his fast cadence - it takes an incredibly smooth rider to maintain a 110 RPM cadance. Truly a rider for the ages.

This year, I feel like I'm a small part of the race - I'm sporting a Lance Armstrong LiveStrong bright yellow bracelet. The bracelet is a fund raiser for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. And it is the hip accessory - most of the peleton is wears one, Al Trautwig and Rob Roll each have one, and when we were in Seattle, we saw them everywhere.

My one question is - how long are we supposed to wear our yellow bracelets? I remember the Vietnam War POW-MIA bracelets - one wasn't supposed to take them off until your guy came home or his remains were recovered. So, I'm not sure what the protocol is for my spiffy yellow bracelet.
