Man in the mirrorI watched the Michael Jackson interview on Fox last night - the "behind the scenes" from the original interview aired previously. Honestly, I came away from it feeling a great deal of sympathy for Michael and his children. It's obvious the original interview conducted by Martin Bashir was totally biased and sensationalized beyond belief, and I thought "what a jerk..." when I heard him patronizing Michael just to get him to open up. I enjoyed hearing what Debbie, the ex-wife and mother of two of the children, had to say. She seemed so sincere and down-to-earth, and although I do not understand her motives, I couldn't help but find her believable. No, I don't think it's appropriate for this man to have children sleeping in his bed. I read the deposition that was published on the web which was given by the 13-yr. old boy, and truthfully I don't know what to believe. Could it have been contrived? Of course. The only thing to come of it was a $25 million dollar transaction. So, who knows? The entire thing is bizarre. Michael's behavior is bizarre. But the bottom line is, the Bashir guy is the one who ended up looking like the idiot...11:09:10 AM ![]()
