On A Similar Note A student wearing an anti-Bush t-shirt was told to take it off or go home today at a school in Michigan.  You can read an article about it posted on CNN's website. My only question is would the kid have had to take off the shirt if it were pro-Bush?  Suppose the shirt said "International Hero" rather than "International Terrorist."  Would that have made a difference?  If the school's policy is that no overtly political shirts can be worn, then I'm ok with that.  But if you can get away with a shirt that supported Bush, but not one that disagreed with him, then that is wrong.
