The Nuggets Spank And Get Spanked Today history could have been made.  A Mauldin class could have won the lunchtime intramural tug-o-war crown for the first time ever.  But my Nuggets' time had not come. At first it looked good, with the Nuggets ripping through their side of the bracket last week, capped with a nasty spanking of Los Boys in the 2nd Lunch semi-final today.  But then the Communicators stepped up to the rope and yanked victory from the hands of Mauldin's Nuggets.  It was a two-out of three war, but in the end, the Nuggets got deep-fried by the Communicators. Better luck for my Nuggets next year. 8:09:36 PM     |
