"What kind of peace do I mean? What kind of peace do we seek? Not a Pax Americana enforced on the world by American weapons of war. Not the peace of the grave or the security of the slave. I am talking about genuine peace, the kind of peace that makes life on earth worth living, the kind that enables men and nations to grow and to hope and to build a better life for their children - not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women - not merely peace in our time but peace for all time." -- JFK

CNN Comedian Lou Dobbs said tonight that 50-some soldiers had died in Iraq since Bush's "Mission Accomplished" speech. Not true. Over 100 have died. A little less than 60 were killed in combat.

Is it Lou-the-Liar, Lou-the-Dimwit, or a mistake that Lou will correct?

It's no comfort to a parent or loved-one that a soldier died in a car wreck, rather than a bomb blast.

Arnold "Gropenator" went to Kenny Boy's meeting about how to prolong the highway robbery of the so-called California Energy Crisis. Bush and Cheney's cronies stole BILLIONS of dollars -- one guy at Enron stole half a billion dollars in one day.

And there's the Gropenator at the May 11, 2001 meeting. We're pretty sure he wasn't groping Kenny Boy. The easy answer is that the Gropenator is in bed with the Bushes -- just another vile, power-greedy corporatist, not so dumb as Junior, but that's not saying much.

"One hundred days is not enough time to undo the terrible legacy of [our CIA-installed dictator and sometime family business partner] Saddam Hussein." --George W. Bush

Heck, 100 days is barely even enough time to get 100 of our soldiers killed over there. 100 days is barely $50 billion -- that they can't hide.
