Let's make *justice* the first priority of The Department of Justice. Let Homeland Security and FBI and Pentagon and etc. have preventing terrorism as their first priority.

Halliburton, meanwhile, specializes in using off-shore tax dodges to cheat America out of Halliburton's share of taxes.

The good news is that dead American soldiers in Iraq get headlines again. It's a pretty sick world when that's *good* news. It's just a temporary glitch because we just passed the mark where more Americans have been killed *since* the Mission was Accomplished, than before. Give it a week and the dead will be buried at the bottom of page six.

Not only that, the *really* special thing about George W. is his Virgin Birth. Regarding the pattern of Israeli assassinations and Palestinian suicide bombings:

I don't know. Arnold Schwarzenegger fits most of that, too. Heck, except that Bush talks about wanting tax cuts, he says he's for all those things, too.
Doesn't it seem like the Democratic candidate for president should be a Democrat?
And aren't we tired of an endless stream of non-politicians with cash or glamour trying to skip the hard work of politics and go straight to the top? Army administration has got to be a better qualification than running a business, acting, or "Pro Wrestling", but it doesn't give you a team of policy and political advisers that can let you hit the ground running in the campaign and when you step into the White House.
Let Clark and Schwarzenegger start with a school board seat, and come back when they've demonstrated their political aptitude.

I'm sure it's more complicated than this, but the North Korea *looks* very simple. Bush called them an "Axis of Evil" and its leader a "pygmy". Then Bush conquered -- under false pretenses -- another country he had labeled "Axis of Evil". Even though there was no connection between Iraq and North Korea, you can imagine that North Korea might be concerned for its security.
North Korea's demand for ending its nuke program is that we promise not to invade. I say we promise not to invade. Why is that hard? When Bush *does* decide to invade, he can make up some lies to justify it. Rove & Company are the reigning experts at making up such lies.
So we promise not to invade, North Korea shuts down its nuke program, and then we don't have any reason to think about invading. The only problem with that scenario is that only North Korea's missile program justifies the Republican missile defense program, so reducing tension with North Korea could cost the Republicans hundreds of billions of dollars.
But I say we could count on Rove to make up some lies to justify missile defense even without anybody pointing missiles in our direction. Oh, yes. He's that good.

The compassionate, education, "leave no child behind (TM)" Bush regime is out to cut $200 million from education, that was already dramatically underfunded.
$200 million is less than two days in Iraq.
Expect to see Bush petting more little black children.

A New Whore Times article today managed to blame the demise of the truce in Israel/Palestine on a suicide bombing without mentioning the state terrorism assassinations by Israel including the murder of a non-militant, pro-peace Hamas leader. It also, naturally, failed to mention the pattern of Sharon ending any potential outbreak of peace by assassinating Palestinians until one group or another responds.
Does anybody mention that the helicopters used in these murders that kill more innocent bystanders than targets were made in America? (Only Robert Novak?) And did American taxpayers pay for those helicopters, used repeatedly for terrorism?
