"Beware when the great God lets loose a thinker on this planet. Then all things are at risk. It is as when a conflagration has broken out in a great city, and no man knows what is safe, or where it will end." --Ralph Waldo Emerson

  • Long Distance Fun - Part Two

Perhaps this is a feable attempt to save myself some trouble. All I can say is that there was a lot of laughter in this house last night as Kay and I collaborated on our South Central story. It was good for the soul and took a bit of the anger out of how we feel about our long distance experience.

It's good to replace anger with laughter.

And I have to admit that as far as the service goes, it does work well (when it's not turned off). There is a great deal of value in the South Central service. Maybe too much. And maybe they need to raise the prices to cover their expenses. I don't know what the issues are at South Central. I hope they fix these problems. Maybe they don't even understand what the policies are doing to their customers.

And just maybe every other customer understands the whole "billing statements don't reflect late fees" issue and it's just me that's in the dark. It wouldn't be the first time........
